Returns

If you'd like to cancel or return your order we have a simple and trouble-free process for doing so in three easy steps.
  1. Notify us.
  2. Send products back.
  3. Issue refund.
Please note that returns can only be accepted if the products are still sealed in their original packaging and we regret that we're unable to accept returns for opened or partially consumed food items.

Notifying us

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us that you'd like to return them. You can notify us using any of the following methods:

When notifying us that you'd like to return your products, please include your order number.

Sending products back

You have 14 days to send the goods back after informing us that you'd like to return them.
Please include a copy of your order number on a slip inside the box so we can process your refund swiftly upon its return. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or receipt. If you don't know your order number please contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you.

Issuing a refund
