On the evening your parcel is despatched, you will receive tracking details and a link to login and manage your delivery. If you're not going to be home to receive your parcel you can choose from any of these convenient options:
- Change your delivery day
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Deliver to a pick-up location
- Leave in a safe place
On the day of your delivery you'll receive an estimated delivery timeslot and can view a live map of where your driver is and how many stops they are away from you.

We are aware that some postcodes starting with E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC sit outside of the official TfL congestion zone, however APC charge an extra fee to deliver to all postcodes in these areas.
(1) We despatch orders as quickly as we possibly can. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 business day but during busy periods please allow longer. Orders with express delivery are always prioritised.
(2) Free delivery and £4.50 delivery not available to the post codes and locations shown above.
