On the evening your parcel is despatched, you will receive tracking details and a link to login and manage your delivery. If you're not going to be home to receive your parcel you can choose from any of these convenient options:
- Change your delivery day
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Deliver to a pick-up location
- Leave in a safe place
On the day of your delivery you'll receive an estimated delivery timeslot and can view a live map of where your driver is and how many stops they are away from you.

We are aware that some postcodes starting with E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC sit outside of the official TfL congestion zone, however APC charge an extra fee to deliver to all postcodes in these areas.
Please note that delivery "zones" are set by the courier and not ourselves and are postcode based. We have no control over the postcode zones set by the courier.
Delivery estimates:
Free economy delivery: 3-5 business days.
Priority delivery: 2-3 business days.
Express delivery: Order before 2pm weekdays for delivery the next business day.
Saturday delivery: Order on any day up until 1pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
