The "size" when purchasing antlers is based on weight of the antler rather than the physical size. Our sizing guidelines are as follows:

If you're unsure of the best size antler for your dog, it's usually best to go one size up. Antlers are not suitable for young puppies or dogs with dental problems due to their hardness, and we recommend replacing the antler when it's small enough that it could be swallowed.
